Check out the new release from the Universe Team.
Introducing Universe widgets. You can now add a widget directly to the home screen and keep tabs on your site’s vitals— including weekly traffic, subscriber count, and account balance from payments made on your site.
If you're the type to check your Page Views religiously, or check your Commerce Balance, this is a great way to keep up-to-date without having to opening the app constantly!
Here's how to add it to your iPhone Home Screen:
1.) Long press (or tap and hold) anywhere on your Home Screen
2.) Tap the plus '+' icon in the top left corner of the screen
3.) You can either scroll the apps listed, or in the Search Bar type 'Universe'
4.) Choose which widget that works best for you (Views This Week, Account Balance, or Total Subscribers)
5.) Press the blue button, '+ Add Widget'
Et voila! Now you have a widget showing your Universe info, at a moment's glance. We chose the three options to start because they seemed the most relevant. Did you guys have other ideas? What info are you interested in seeing being featured with the widgets? Lemme know!
