I chose Universe over other website builders because I was using my phone all the time! I used my phone to take pictures, shop online, even write.
I also found Universe back in 2018, when I didn't know much about website building, like coding.
It was easier to use than WordPress, which made me not as motivated to continue working on my website projects.
Why did you guys pick Universe over other website platforms?

Oof, I was so annoyed at having to transfer photos from my phone to my MacBook, and the website I was using at at the time (Wix) would always crash in my browser

I didn't want to be stuck with a template.
. . . but then I saw a Universe template I liked and ran with it. I did modify it in ways I couldn't with square space, though.
