Turning Pictures into Custom Link Buttons

Add even more customization to your site by turning your Image Blocks into custom link buttons!

Here's how:

  1. Select the Image Block
  2. Tap on Links
  3. Choose what type of Link you want (to Another Site Page, To a Different Website, etc.)
  4. Click the Blue Checkmark
  5. Click Publish!

It's such an easy feature, that gives you full creativity over your site design!

One of my favorite "secret menu" features of Universe. Pairs nicely with the iOS photos app background removal, too! If you want a button that isn't so "square," try this:

  1. Go to your camera roll + select a picture
  2. Long press on the main part of the picture until you see a little shine run over the selected area (this may take a few tries, but you'll also feel a little rumble when you get it)
  3. Choose 'Share' on the little menu that shows up
  4. Choose 'Save Image'
  5. Add an image block to your site, and select the new, background-less image you created
  6. Under Style, choose "Fit Whole Image"
  7. Follow the steps in this post starting at step #2 to turn it into a linkable button!
