Having issues? Getting an error message? Over here at Support, there's always going to be a few questions we're going to ask before we escalate your issues to the Team. Here are some preliminary steps to take before you reach out to Support!
1) Is your app up to date?
- Because we're always working on cleaning up our systems, we suggest having your app set up for automatic updates!
2) Is your device updated to the latest iOS?
- We are a mobile-based website builder that primarily works with Apple systems, so it's a good idea to keep this fresh too.
3) Are you on Low Battery Mode?
- If you have a video background or auto-playing videos, Low Battery Mode will stop motion, to conserve your battery life!
4) Do you have a high-speed internet connection?
- Depending on your connection, your site will lag when being pulled up! If you've tried both wifi and data and it's still taking a long time to load, your page may be heavy with data. You can learn more about how to prevent this here.
5) If you have an error message pop up
- Please send us a screenshot of the error message! It has important information that we can use to start our investigation and get your site fixed up lickety-split!
