I think I know what you're getting at here, but may I ask for a few more details:

  • What specifically would you like to see (e.g., an ability to download the code? export screens? )
  • How would you use this feature?

Hello Andrew,

OFFSITE PURPOSE:
Offsite backup and therefore ability to restore a mysteriously missing, corrupted or messed up web site.

OPTIONS:: A.

  1. The ability to download screen (or all screens) from my web site as offsite backup (code: xml, html, etc?).
  2. The ability to restore back into Universe screen for screen (or all screens) of my web site.

OPTION B

  1. The ability to download a config file (zip or dmg?) as a backup of my universe web site (not all my web sites if I have more than one).
  2. The ability to restore my web site. If possible have option to restore into Universe as a website_copy or just select pages.
    If the file is proprietary to Universe then its only purpose would be to potentially restore my corrupted or self-inflicted messed up Universe web site back into Universe.

OPTION: PARANOID
Offsite editing would be of value if Universe were bought out and assimilated into the Apple-Google-Borg collective and shut down out of their sheer jealousy that your app is an exceptional and intuitive product.

OPTION: YOU'RE DEAD TO ME
You go to the dark side and let Facebook buy you out.
