I Love Univer.se

As long as I can remember, I always had the need to create. Wether it was a physical thing I was carving or building, an album I was recording, a story I was trying to illustrate, or something I was designing, I could never sit idle. As years went on I started to want that feeling of creation, but without roadblocks. Something that would express my ideas quickly, efficiently, and effectively. I had used other site providers but they were clunky, too complex, or flat-out annoying to use. The day I discovered Univer.se in May of 2022 I was instantly in love. A tool that prioritized creators, had such a small learning curve, and made it all possible with no code was exactly what I was looking for. I immediately upgraded and haven’t looked back once.

Univer.se has single handedly made operation of my clothing brand possible. Before May 2022, the ASIS Coalition was a private brand only enjoyed by myself and a select few investigative individuals. Now ASIS is loved by many, producing unique 1/1 upcycled garments with my design style that previously had no home. For many months that year, I lived off of the sales of my brand, and if I hadn’t discovered Univer.se none of that would have been possible. www.asiscoalition.com has had many faces but the current look and feel is how it will be for the foreseeable future, and I wouldn’t have had the creative freedom to discover that feel if I wasn’t on Univer.se.

In recent days, I’ve been able to exhibit my creative work and experience on my personal site (www.samuelkinsella.com) in search of new opportunities. I can display projects I’ve been a part of, I can meet new clients, and have an attractive visual representation of my flow and my creative drive. Wether it’s podcast editing, thematic musical score composition for TV, film, podcasts, or games, visual graphic art and design, video editing, content creation, etc. It’s all on display there. Even a new endeavor of mine into making music for art galleries called “Posing for Nobody” has a new home on Univer.se. Years ago I never would have thought I’d have a tool like this.

Univer.se enables that creative part of me (which is all of me if we’re being real) and allows me to do more than I ever would have with my sites. Huge thank you to the Univer.se team for their hard work and support. You’ll see me around for many years to come!! :orange_heart:

Much love

Thanks for the support and amazing creations on Universe @samuelkinsella !

If we could add one feature to make the product better, what would you like to see?

I’d love to see an in-app/on-site audio player at some point! Downloadable files and external links work great as they are but a Univer.se audio player would be super sick!
