Recently, our backend process for external domains has changed!
If you haven't received an email, here's what you missed:
All old Universe CNAME records need updating to point to the correct server. If you have the old CNAME records added to your domain host's platform, they should now be:
Type: CNAME
Host: www
Data: univer.se
If you're able to add a root CNAME record:
Type: CNAME
Host: @ (Depending on the host, you can also trying leaving it blank! Or use a period [.])
Data: univer.se
Your forwarding will remain the same as before!
Depending on the host, it will be called 'Forwarding' or a 'Redirect'. They do the same thing!
Change the default http:// to ---> https://, then add your domain!
- ex: https://www.(yourdomainhere).com
