Complaints procedure

Unfortunately, I’m here to request an easy way to make a formal complaint. I have been a pro subscriber for a long time now and have recently been made aware of a long-term problem with forwarding emails that I’ve not been getting forwarded to my requested Address. This Has led to some Rather major opportunities for me. As this is a major part of the pro subscription service, I’ve been paying for, but I’ve not been receiving. I was shocked to be told that do not compensate for minor bugs and short-term outages. This shocked me now I want to make a complaint and I can’t find a way of doing so please help with this situation
